
Andrew Gelling
Andrew has twenty-five years’ experience in providing taxation advisory services to a broad range of clients across all tax heads. His client base includes large Irish companies, high net worth individuals and international companies and groups, including listed entities.
Andrew services corporate and personal clients and trusts. He specialises in tax residence issues, succession/estate planning, business succession planning, Revenue dispute resolution (appeals and debt management) and advising professional sportspersons. He has extensive experience in representing clients at the Tax Appeals Commission and in instructing Counsel on technical and tax appeal matters.
Andrew is a Chartered Tax Adviser and is an Associate Member of the Irish Tax Institute.

Martin Jacob
Martin has extensive experience and technical expertise in all aspects of Company Secretarial Practice. He has proven business acumen developed through working at Director level with three of the largest global accountancy practices. He has been responsible as Registration Manager for two of the largest public share flotations in Ireland. He is a leading expert in Company Law, Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial Practice.
Martin has delivered services to private and publicly quoted companies in Company Secretarial Practice, Corporate Restructuring and Corporate Governance. He was appointed by the Irish government to the Company Law Review Group and participated in the process of modernising Irish company legislation.
Martin is a Chartered Secretary and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators.
