Tim O’Keeffe
Tim has over fourty years of experience in auditing, taxation, corporate finance, and in succession planning. In recent years Tim specialised in advising clients on banking and funding issues and managing property assets. He has a good network of contacts in the property and banking sectors. He is engaged on refinancing projects, restructuring of debt and managing cashflow for clients.
Tim advises clients on succession planning, focussing on tax efficient methods for passing on business interests and wealth to future generations.
Tim holds a BA in Accounting and Finance from DCU, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and holds a Diploma in Corporate Finance.
Paul O’Keeffe
With more than twenty years’ experience in Audit and Assurance services, Paul has worked with a range of Irish and International companies as auditor and business advisor. Paul has significant experience in Irish GAAP, including FRS102 and reduced disclosures under FRS102 1A, working with SMEs in both the commercial and non-for-profit sectors in recent years. Paul has experience of IFRS having worked in banking and the international financial services sector.
Paul is responsible for technical compliance and training matters within the firm.
Paul holds a BComm degree and Diploma in Professional Accounting from UCD, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards and a Certificate in Irish and UK GAAP.
Robert Bulman
Robert has over twenty years’ experience with Copsey Murray, primarily in delivering accountancy, statutory audit compliance and taxation advisory services.
Robert manages a portfolio of SME clients in the manufacturing and service industries. Robert has developed broad based audit skills on charities, not for profit entities and apartment owners’ management companies. As a senior figure in the Firm, Robert is also responsible for training and supervising staff.
Robert manages personal and corporate tax compliance and planning services and has extensive experience advising on projects under the tax heads of VAT and relevant contracts tax.
Robert holds a BA in Economics and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland.
David Kenny
David is a qualified Chartered Governance Professional and a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute. David has over 25 years of experience in this field and has worked with a wide range of client businesses from multinational PLC’s to small family companies. David provides corporate compliance, advisory and consultancy services and deals extensively with the Companies Registration Office.
