As the first point of contact with the firm, Marian answers the telephone and manages our contacts with clients and the outside world. Marian also acts as administrative assistant, directing calls and organising and scheduling meetings for partners and staff at our Dublin office.
An experienced payroll operator, Caroline processes payroll for a number of clients and advises clients on PAYE/PRSI matters and responds to clients on payroll related queries. Caroline also acts as an administrative assistant and partner support liaison.
Helen is responsible for the procurement and credit control function within the Firm. In effect, Helen is the ‘gate keeper’ controlling the bank accounts, settling accounts, debt collection, processing the payroll and ensuring the Firm’s accounting systems operate smoothly.
